We are a coffee house first so we only use “roasted-to-order” premium coffee & espresso beans from Cuvee Coffee located in Spicewood, Tx in the Texas hill country just SW of Austin. They are able to source some of the best coffee beans by working directly with the farmers, maintaining long-term relationships and placing an emphasis on sustainability.
Their roasting process is precise and consistent. Once ordered, the beans are roasted and shipped the sameday. We receive the freshly roasted beans the following day. OUR FOOD IS
MADE FROM SCRATCH
We offer a variety of “Fresh Baked” items such as “scratch-made” square buttermilk biscuits, breakfast pastries, parfaits, small desserts, carrot or chocolate cake, cheesecakes, quiche, cinnamon rolls, sandwiches and more.
We actually do make our items “from scratch”, in house, using our own recipes. It takes extra time to do it this way, but we believe it’s worth the effort! We slice Boar’s Head deli meats and cheeses and cut fresh veggies, daily. We follow the basics – quality ingredients, done right. We don’t skimp on quality.

NO SHORTENING
Since we want you to taste the difference, unlike most bakeries/eateries we use only butter instead of shortening or lard. We don’t even have shortening or lard in our kitchen!
